We have forged relationships with organisations across the country with which we share a common purpose – both in providing crucial support to our communities and those often marginalised by society and opportunity, and in driving action to support the realisation of the United Nations' SDGs. These collaborations are integral to the continued success of our learners and wider programmes and we fundamentally believe that collectively, we will achieve more.

Ranging from SMEs to larger employers we work with almost 200 employers across England specifically to provide opportunities for our learners: ranging from valuable work experience or employment insights, their first job, a new career or in-work learning and development. Given that many of our learners come from disadvantaged backgrounds, impoverished areas or are classed as NEET, these partnerships often go far beyond a traditional supplier/customer relationship.
